Ninety-two students in science classes will plant a garden on school grounds to observe the development of vegetables. As the vegetables grow, students will research the benefits of eating healthy, and when the garden flourishes they will bring out 200 students in other classes to demonstrate the work in progress and share the data they have accumulated. In the end, they believe that through the evaluation of plants and research the students will gain a new appreciation for maintaining a healthy diet.
