Ross Seidman is a senior at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland. Over the past three and a half years, Ross's leadership and community service experience has been cultivated by his involvement with B'nai B'rith Youth Organization (BBYO), an organization that provides leadership and community service opportunities and Jewish education to over thirty thousand Jewish teens all over the world. He has served on his chapter’s and council’s board as treasurer, vice president of programming, and now president, where he coordinated two Regional Leadership Training Institute for 200+ teens. Through his service with BBYO, he served as the coordinator for J-Serve 2010 in Baltimore and has coordinated various service projects that address issues of environmental preservation, community rejuvenation, helping the disabled, homeless, and improvised within his local community. This year Ross is heading an international J-Serve Committee which is working on the marketing and programmatic aspects of J-Serve 2011 internationally and within specific communities.
